The Mall at Greece Ridge

At Fielding Gardens, you are within walking distance of The Mall at Greece Ridge. The mall offers an extensive and diverse collection of retail stores including Kaufmann's, Sears, JCPenney, Target, Barnes & Noble, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Circuit City. In addition to being one of the largest shopping centers in the country, The Mall at Greece Ridge is home to a variety of events and services throughout the year. You will find the weekly Farmer's Market (August-November), complimentary blood pressure readings by Monroe Ambulance, the Greece Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, as well as a myriad of mall-wide shows, fairs and other events. The mall is also a great place to get your exercise. It provides a convenient, weather-proof, year-round place to walk!

West Ridge Community Center

The Greece Community and Senior Center is part of the Town of Greece Human Services program. The Senior Nutrition Program serves a hot meal Monday through Friday. There is a suggested donation of $2.00 for Seniors (60 years and older) or if you are a spouse of someone (60) years or older. If anyone is under the age of sixty (60) years, the meal is $3.50 per person. The Senior Care Program is designed to help the elderly remain in their own home or apartment as long as possible through the utilization of volunteers. Services rendered include transportation, grocery shopping assistance, friendly visiting, and errands. Calls are also taken from senior residents looking for help and/or information regarding particular problems. Referrals are made to appropriate agencies that can be of assistance. Regal Cinemas Theater 12

Conveniently located in the mall, the Regal Cinemas movie theater has twelve screens showing the latest features.

Starbucks Coffee

There is a Starbucks located just down the road next to Route 390, 100 Center Place Drive, off of Ridge Road West. A great place for relaxing with friends while enjoying their world-famous coffee. Barnes & Noble Booksellers

You will find the biggest new releases as well as those hard to find old favorites at Barnes & Noble. Take a stroll over to the store and relax while you read one of your favorite books. Greece Historical Society and Museum

Bridge the years by stepping into our new museum wing and wander through our gallery of historical exhibits. Take a look at the town's first fire wagon, imagine our forbearers harvesting ice from a lakeside pond, contemplate transportation before the automobile or study the Native American encampment on Long Pond. These exhibits and others beckon you to visit and learn of our unique history. You will not want to miss the gift shop. On your way there you will stroll through the 1870s house and during the summer visit the many gardens in full bloom. Admission is free and donations are appreciated. Rochester Red Wings Baseball

The Red Wings are Rochester's local baseball team (now the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins). You can catch a game and eat some great food at Frontier Field. Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra

Rochester Raging Rhinos Soccer

The George Eastman House

This international museum of photography and film makes a great day trip. Located on historic East Avenue in Rochester, the 12.5-acre museum site was the urban estate of George Eastman (1854-1932), founder of Eastman Kodak Company. Opened in 1949, the Museum includes Mr. Eastman's restored house and gardens, an archives building and research center, galleries, two theaters, and an education center. The Museum displays the art, technology, and impact of photography and motion pictures over 150 years, and interprets the life of Mr. Eastman, an influential industrialist and philanthropist. Rochester Broadway Theatre League

The Rochester Broadway Theatre League was founded in 1957 by a small group of volunteers to "…stimulate, promote and develop interest in the dramatic and musical arts for the cultural benefit of the community…," The RBTL has grown substantially from the small volunteer organization of yesterday to a nationally-recognized organization.
